Order Processing
We make all our snacks fresh in our kitchen in Doha and we always do our best to ship as soon as possible. Orders received by our kitchen before 2pm can be shipped on the same day subject to availability of drivers. Check our all terms here on Customer Service page.
At busy times, order processing may take longer. We’ll get your treats to you, we promise!
If you need your snacks by a certain day and time, it is best to place your order 1 day in advance.
Shipping
Delivery fees are as follows:
- Within Doha (including The Pearl, Lusail & Wakra): QR 25
- Other locations such as Um Salal, Al Khor, Al Kheesa: QR 40
- Local pick up is also available.

PAYMENT METHODS
We offer payment by credit card via Myfatoorah and cash on delivery, all card payments will be charged in Qatari Riyals (ر.ق).
